The following Terms and Conditions valid through December 2017
Each NECTAR & AMBROSIA Client (the “Client”) is required to pay the published NECTAR & AMBROSIA Tour (the “Tour”) rate. All published prices are in US Dollars.
Prices quoted are valid until December 2017 unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person, double occupancy, and subject to availability. Prices shown are fully inclusive of taxes, levies and government charges current at time of publication. NECTAR & AMBROSIA (the “Company”) retains the right to change prices in cases of tax and/or VAT changes.
Prices do not include tips, personal expenses or personal insurance. Prices shown are for payments made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
Minimum age to participate on NECTAR & AMBROSIA Tours is 18.
A 25% deposit of per person is required to secure a confirmed reservation for your Tour.
NECTAR & AMBROSIA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
The final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the Tour start date. Promotions may have different payment terms – please refer to the offer. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.
NECTAR & AMBROSIA understands a client’s need to change or cancel their reservation.
Changing the start date of a booked Tour will incur no penalty, provided:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to NECTAR & AMBROSIA.
Purchase of travel insurance may reduce or eliminate the cancellation fees outlined above. For more information, please call your insurance provider.
NECTAR & AMBROSIA reserves the absolute right to cancel the reservation, and impose Cancellation charges should payments not be received within the time periods specified in the Reservations and Payments section.
Should NECTAR & AMBROSIA cancel a Tour at any time and/or for any reason, NECTAR & AMBROSIA shall have the option to refund payments made by Client or apply Client’s funds toward a future Tour, at Client’s option.
If Client fails to join a specific section of a Tour, or joins it after its departure, or leaves it prior to its completion, no refund can be made. Please note that if the reason for failing to join a section of a Tour falls within the terms of any vacation insurance policy which Client holds, then any charges may, subject to the terms of Client’s insurance policy, be refunded to Client by the insurance company.
This document represents the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. Company reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary without notice and/or to cancel any Tour without notice, when, in Company’s judgment, conditions warrant, or if Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of Clients.
Dates, schedules, program details, and costs, although provided in good faith based on information available at the time of offer, are subject to change without notice. Clients must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel.
Clients are required to advise Company, in advance, of any physical, medical or other special needs that require accommodation. While Company will attempt to accommodate such physical, medical or other special needs, Clients are advised that certain venues may not be wheelchair accessible and/or meet other Client needs. Accordingly, Company retains the right to inform Client of Company’s inability to meet any or all of Client’s physical, medical or other special needs.
NECTAR & AMBROSIA reserves the absolute right, without penalty, to decline to accept any person as a Client, and/or a Client as a participant in a specific section of the Tour, and may require any participant to withdraw from the Tour at any time, if that individual’s participation poses a threat to the Client’s health or safety or to person or persons around them.
Since NECTAR & AMBROSIA does not own, operate, or manage hotels, restaurants, or vehicles utilized on any Tour, Client agrees not to hold Company liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the services Client experiences on the Tour. Further, Client shall not hold Company liable for any inconvenience, loss or damage, any cancellations caused by any proprietor or operator responsible for providing any of the services connected to a NECTAR & AMBROSIA Tour.
Participants are encouraged to purchase airline tickets no sooner than 60 days prior to the Tour’s scheduled start date to avoid airline cancellation penalties, in case a Tour is canceled or otherwise modified subsequent to the Client’s purchase of said airline tickets.
Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of Client. Company will not accept liability for any loss or damage to baggage, or any of the passenger’s belongings. Passengers should report any lost items to their NECTAR & AMBROSIA Guide who will assist in completing a lost property form that may be used for any insurance claim in this matter.
Personal insurance is not included in the Tour fee. It is Client’s responsibility to secure appropriate travel insurance. Although NECTAR & AMBROSIA and its representatives will always strive to ensure safe and enjoyable completion of all Tours, Company accepts no responsibility for the personal safety of Clients. Each Client shall be fully responsible for his/her personal health, medical needs and safety.
Persons under 18 years of age may not participate on NECTAR & AMBROSIA Tours due to the nature of the itinerary.
All matters arising during the Tour are subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
BY REGISTERING FOR THIS PROGRAM THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
